(You can find your Total Stone Length by multiplying the length of a single stone by the number of stones). By subtracting this stone coverage and any edge margins from your overall path length, you get the Available Gap Space. Because the number of internal gaps in a straight row is always one less than the total number of stones, you simply divide that remaining space by your gap count to get the exact edge-to-edge distance between each stone.

Always measure your actual physical path layout before ordering materials.
